Wisconsin Barn Quilt Company Store Policies
Customer Care
We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Wisconsin Barn Quilt Co.
Please review the following information before purchasing or downloading one of our patterns.
Digital Products
Barn quilt patterns sold by Wisconsin Barn Quilt Co. are digital products. No physical pattern, board, paint, supplies, or finished barn quilt will be shipped unless a product listing specifically states otherwise.
Your purchase includes the digital files described in the individual product listing. We recommend saving your downloaded files in a safe place for future use.
Printing Your Pattern
Our traceable patterns are designed to print on standard 8.5" × 11" paper and assemble into the finished pattern size indicated in the product listing.
When printing, always select Actual Size or 100%. Do not select "Fit to Page," "Scale to Fit," or another setting that changes the size of the pattern.
Printer settings and printable margins can vary. Please follow the printing, cutting, and assembly instructions included with your pattern.
Digital Download Returns & Refunds
Because digital products cannot be physically returned, digital purchases are generally non-refundable once purchased or downloaded.
However, we want you to be able to use the pattern you purchased. If you receive an incorrect file, have difficulty accessing your download, or encounter a problem with one of the files, please contact Wisconsin Barn Quilt Co. so we can help.

Finished Barn Quilts & Materials
Barn quilts are handmade projects, and finished results will vary. The appearance and durability of your finished barn quilt can be affected by the surface or board you choose, preparation, primer, paint, application technique, installation, weather exposure, maintenance, and other factors.
Any suggested materials, techniques, paint colors, or color combinations provided by Wisconsin Barn Quilt Co. are intended as guidance and inspiration. Paint colors may also appear differently depending on your screen, printer, paint brand, and lighting.
Copyright
Unless otherwise stated, Wisconsin Barn Quilt Co. patterns, instructions, illustrations, photographs, written materials, and downloadable files are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
